AI Prompt Enterprises LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how AI Prompt Enterprises LLC (“AI Prompt Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our websites and products, including GroundCut, Homeschool Check-In, and Form Checker 9000 (collectively, the “Services”).
We aim to collect as little personal information as possible and to be clear about what we do collect. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at AIPrmptELLC@aipromptenterprises.com. For questions specifically about GroundCut, contact groundcutadmin@aipromptenterprises.com.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide
Depending on which product you use, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as:
- Account information — name, business name, email address, and (for GroundCut) phone number, when you create or manage an account.
- Customer records (GroundCut only) — information GroundCut operators enter about their own customers, such as name, phone number, service address, appointment details, and notes, for the purpose of scheduling and customer communication.
- Communications — the content of messages you send to us or that operators send through GroundCut to their customers.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use our Services, we may automatically receive basic technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and approximate usage events. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
1.3 Local-only storage in mobile utilities
Homeschool Check-In and Form Checker 9000 are designed to keep user-entered content on the device whenever practical. Attendance logs, exercise sessions, and similar records created in these apps are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on our servers, except where you explicitly export, back up, or share that data, or where required for a feature you have opted into (such as cloud-based AI analysis in Form Checker 9000, where applicable).
2. SMS messaging (GroundCut)
GroundCut enables independent lawn-care operators to send SMS messages — such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and quote follow-ups — to their own customers. These messages are sent from a verified toll-free number operated by AI Prompt Enterprises LLC on behalf of the GroundCut operator.
- Opt-in. A customer’s phone number is only used for SMS after the customer has given prior express consent to receive messages, either directly to the operator (in person, on a quote, or on a web form) or through the GroundCut platform.
- Message types and frequency. Messages are transactional — appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and quote follow-ups related to lawn-care service. Frequency varies by service schedule.
- Opt-out. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Carrier charges. Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s mobile plan.
- No resale or marketing sharing. Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS, and the consent associated with them, are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging service provider strictly to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- Send transactional communications (such as appointment confirmations and reminders in GroundCut, or account notifications);
- Process subscriptions and purchases;
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- Detect, prevent, and address security, fraud, or technical issues; and
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Third-party services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate the Services. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound by their own terms and privacy policies. They include, as applicable:
- RevenueCat — subscription management for our mobile apps. RevenueCat receives anonymous app user identifiers and purchase events in order to manage entitlements. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
- Apple App Store and Google Play — distribution and in-app purchase processing for mobile apps.
- Cloud hosting — the websites and GroundCut platform are hosted on commercial cloud infrastructure used solely to operate the Services.
- SMS delivery provider — a licensed telecommunications service provider delivers the SMS messages sent through GroundCut. The provider receives the recipient phone number and message content only as needed to deliver the message.
5. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Homeschool Check-In is intended to be used by a parent, guardian, or other adult to log attendance and progress for the children in their care; any information about a child entered in the app is provided by the adult user and is stored locally on the adult user’s device. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at AIPrmptELLC@aipromptenterprises.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Locally stored data in our mobile utilities remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email addresses above. You can opt out of GroundCut SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message.
9. International users
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice within the affected Service.
